RFID location-based systems can be used to upgrade guest experiences at events and conferences and can allow sponsours and event organisers to trace data without interrupting the guest experience. An RFID tag assigned to the guests' name is created. This matches the guests' records on the attendee cloud database. The RFID tag gets attached to the guests' name badge that they are given. This allows us to match the guests profile in the event attendee database and record any movement and actions inside the particular area/s where tracking is needed. This allows faster activation check-ins, increases engagement on special activations, incentivise guest for visiting certain exhibitor stands or designated event areas. As a guest visits a designated area, the system can record that they have visited that area with the date and times that they were there.  This can be extremely beneficial and allows organisers to get creative with their activations. For example, a guest needs to visit 3 stands every day of a 3-day conference to unlock a prize tier. Guests do not need to enter in any information or scan themselves manually at the area, their attendance is recorded digitally and virtually as they enter the vicinity of that area.
